The safety and well-being of participants, facilitators, team members, those close to them and others in our wider community, continues to be our number one priority.

We’ll continue to listen to government advice, follow the guidelines on working safely during the coronavirus and take every step possible to make participation in our workshops safe and secure.

Please read the information below on what to expect and how to prepare for your visit.

We’re taking every step possible to maintain your safety during our creative training programmes, these are summarised in these guidelines, please take the time to read them.

  • cleaning of objects and surfaces that are touched during sessions, including door handles and chairs, prior to and after sessions
  • regular ventilation of the training space
  • hand sanitiser and protective masks will be available if needed

Please note that daily cleaning procedures are in accordance with the Rose Lipman Building COVID policies and ours.

If we need to adjust our plans in light of changing circumstances, we will contact you with updated information.

Please do not leave home if you or anyone in your household:

  • Has symptoms
  • Has tested positive for Covid-19
  • Is shielding

If possible, please consider making your way to the workshop on foot or bicycle (there are several bicycle racks outside the building), or if travelling on public transportation wearing a face mask. Thank you.

Please wash your hands or use hand gel sanitiser before and after each session.

And please bring water with you in a reusable container.

We ask everyone to complete our visitor health form (you’ll be sent a link prior to each workshop session).

In the unfortunate case of direct or indirect exposure to COVID-19, you need to let us know as soon as possible, so we can act accordingly.

If you suddenly feel unwell while you are at the Rose Lipman Building, please let our team know and leave the building. If you subsequently test positive for Covid-19 please notify us as soon as possible.
