It’s been nearly two years since we last presented live theatre and we can’t wait to welcome you back!

The safety and well-being of our audiences, team members and collaborators continues to be our number one priority. We’re following guidelines set out by the government and taking every step possible to make your visit a safe and enjoyable one.

Please read the information below on what to expect and how to prepare for your visit.

We know that not everyone feels comfortable or ready to enter a space filled with people and we’ve tried to keep this in mind in our preparations.

For instance, as we perform in unconventional spaces, we’re able to arrange seating as we see fit such as

  • reducing audience numbers (the venue has a capacity of 150, but we’ll keep numbers to no more than 50-60 per performance)
  • allowing more space between chairs than in a “traditional” theatre, and clustering seating according to bookings when possible

Audience capacities will always correspond with social distancing measures at the time of the performance.

We’ve also taken a number of steps to ensure that the venue is fit for audiences to arrive and enjoy performances, including:

  • Plenty of signage throughout the building reinforcing Covid-safe measures
  • Hand sanitiser units positioned at key areas throughout the building
  • Thorough cleaning to upkeep performance space, common areas and toilets

Tickets can only be purchased online via Eventbrite.

You’ll be emailed an e-ticket after you book, which can be shown on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue.

We’ll collect contact information about each ticket booker in line with our Privacy Policy. We may be required to share your contact details with NHS Test and Trace.

Covid-19 Policy

Please do not leave home if you or anyone in your household:

  • Has symptoms
  • Has tested positive for Covid-19
  • Is shielding

If you’re unable to attend the performance due to Covid-19 symptoms, a positive test, or being required to self-isolate by NHS Track and Trace, we’ll be able to offer an exchange or refund.

For any other reason, requests for cancellations or exchanges will be in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

We’re asking all audiences, team members and collaborators to bring evidence of one of the following:

  • A negative rapid lateral flow test taken on the day of the performance, such as a time-stamped photo of the test or an official NHS email/text message.
  • A negative PCR test result received within 24 hours of the performance.
  • Proof of double vaccination status.

We’re also asking all audiences to wear face masks in the performance space, bar area (can be removed to enjoy drinks) and when moving around the building.
